Full Moon Flow: A monthly pop-up practice The energy around a full moon can be wild. You might feel restless, fired up, emotionally charged, or just buzzing with too much of everything. That’s not random... it’s just the moon doing her thing. And you don’t have to manage it alone. Join us for Full Moon Flow, a pop-up class designed to help you ride the wave, not get pulled under. We’ll move through an energizing flow to shake things up and clear things out. Then we’ll slow down with a calming meditation to ground and reconnect. In this 90-minute practice, you can expect music, movement, a little magic, and a whole lot of space to be exactly where you are.
