An all-level practice with Shauna Gullbrand The ultimate experience of DOING VS. BEING An exploration of flowing movement into still asana, offering a harmonious experience that will help you shift from noise to silence, stress to calm, and from complexity to simplicity. Starting off with YANG (more movement that is active, radiant, expansive & outward) with an intention of clearing your energy & creating space within, before settling into YIN for the second half of the practice (minimal movement, more stillness, a pause that is introspective, soft, passive & inward). Yin is designed to work deeply into the connective tissues, nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia of the shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine.   Beyond the physical, it's a practice of self-awareness as you meet yourself where you are. A practice of self-empowerment as you tune-in and acknowledge your capacity to transform how you feel. It's a practice that offers you the time & space to digest,  breathe & BE - accepting of yourself and all that you are.
