Step into 2025 from a place of softness, ease & connection. We're inviting you to land on your mat so simply digest - moving through subtle yoga poses & sequences to create space in your body & mind, then landing in a heart-warming Cacao Ceremony to welcome deep connection & reflection with time to sit & BE with intentional journaling questions. We practice on New Years Day to land back in our hearts & to remember our own inner authority. Stepping into 2025 feeling embodied & empowered with a grand permission to be soft in all of it.
